PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a thrust force generated by an underwater mixer to be surely received without fixing a guide support for installing the underwater mixer, onto a tank bottom. SOLUTION: An upper part of a guide bar 10 vertically movably supporting the underwater mixer 20 is freely rotatably supported by a support shaft bolt 31. A roller 11 is disposed on the lower end part of the guide bar 10 and is allowed to abut on the tank bottom P2 in a state where the guide bar 10 is inclined by about 20°. A thrust force F0 exerted on the guide bar 10 by the underwater mixer 20 is received by such a force F0×cotθthat the tank bottom P2 raises the guide bar 10 and such a force F0/sinθthat a support shaft bolt 31 compresses the guide bar 10.
