<p>A liquid chromatography device (A) comprises a column (1) for holding a filler; an injection valve (4) capable of introducing a sample into the column (1) and capable of introducing a liquid mobile phase into the column (1); and mobile phase sending means (3) for sending the liquid mobile phase into the column (1) through the injection valve (4) from a mobile phase vessel (B) for housing the liquid mobile phase, wherein: a reservoir chamber (5) for temporarily holding the liquid mobile phase that has been sent from the mobile phase vessel (B) is provided between the mobile vessel (B) and the injection valve (4); and a fluid level detecting sensor for sensing the fluid level of the liquid mobile phase in the reservoir chamber (5) is provided. This structure enables the liquid to be supplied to the analysis without waste and without running out.</p> |
