TRANSACTION CONTROL SYSTEM AND METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a user from freely performing transaction which is likely to be injustice.

SOLUTION: A transaction control system includes a transaction application acceptance means and a transaction control means. The transaction application acceptance means accepts the application of transaction from a client. A transaction control means transmits inquiry information including application information related with the transaction applied from the client, and indicating whether to permit the execution of the applied transaction to an authorizer who is different from the applicant.
