<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance a heat insulation property of a duct with regard to the duct for supplying air-conditioning air into a cabin of a vehicle, and an improvement of a method of manufacturing the duct. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A second duct component member 3 is structured with a first wall 15, which expands approximately intersecting the mold opening direction of a shaping mold, and a second wall 17, which expands approximately in the direction of the shaping mold. The first wall 15 is formed of a surface skin layer 27 and an inner foam layer 29 by enlarging the volume of a cavity when performing injection molding. A straight part 23 of the second wall 17 is formed into the surface skin layer 27 and the inner foam layer 29 by enlarging the volume of the cavity at the same time of the injection molding of the first wall 15 with an expanding posture approximately intersecting the mold opening direction of the shaping mold, and after the injection molding, is changed to the expanding posture in approximately mold opening direction of the shaping mold using a thin wall hinge 31 as a fulcrum. A curved part 25 of the second wall 17 is formed into a solid layer 33 without expanding the cavity volume when performing the injection molding and without having the foam layer 29.
