PURPOSE: A face heater and a heating apparatus thereof are provided to improve a temperature rising efficiency using a radiation like a rapid heating by choosing a face heating method. CONSTITUTION: A face heater include a metal case(7). A heat-resistant board for insulating heat is installed inside the metal case. A heat coating film(3) with a fixed thickness is spread in the inner surface of a hot furnace(4) consisting of a ceramic material like alumina. A high frequency oscillator(1) is installed in both side of the heat-resistant board. A through hole(2a) is formed so that a high frequency radiated from the oscillator reaches the heat coating film after passing through the heat-resistant board. A protection filter(6) is installed inside the through hole.
