SYNTHETIC METHOD OF RED EMITTING GALLATE PHOSPHORS WITH HIGH COLOR PURITY
摘要
PURPOSE: A synthetic method of red emitting gallate phosphors is provided to prepare red-emitting gallate phosphor powder with improved luminous efficiency and color purity in ultraviolet excitation conditions. CONSTITUTION: A synthetic method of red emitting gallate phosphors represented by chemical formula 1: Ln_(3-x)GaO_6:Eu_x comprises the steps of: preparing a precursor solution of 0.02-2 M concentration by adding a base material and a dopant doping the base material in a phosphor composition represented by chemical formula 1; and preparing phosphor powder by spraying the precursor solution inside a tubular reactor of a pyrolysis atomizer in which a temperature is maintained at 200-1500 °C.
