PURPOSE: A flexible printed circuit board for mounting an LED is provided to form a flat reflective surface by attaching a white film to an upper insulator. CONSTITUTION: A flexible printed circuit board(10) includes a lower insulator(11), an upper insulator(19), a conductive pattern(15), a white film(20) and an LED. The conductive pattern is attached to the lower insulator with a lower adhesive(13). The upper insulator is attached to the conductive pattern by an upper adhesive(17). The white film is attached on the upper insulator. The white film is a PET(Polyethylene Terephthalate), PEN(Polyethylene Naphthalate) or PI(Polyimide) film. The LED is arranged in the upper insulator. The LED is electrically connected to the conductive pattern.
