A method to make non-woven material of fibers includes making fiber mix of uniform polymer fibers, bio-component polymer fibers with different melting temperature and additional fiberfill, obtaining fibrous web, formation of layer and thermal bonding. One prepares polymer fibers and fibers of natural origin with length from 15 to 80 mm, mixes suitable for thermal bonding connection bio-component fibers at amount from 15 to 25 wt. %, uniform polymer fibers at amount from 25 to 65 wt. % and fibers of natural origin in amount from 20 to 50 wt. % with feeding fiber mix to carding cylinders to obtain fibrous web with chaotically arranged fibers that is laid in folds, formed to compactness of from 0.15 kg/mto 2.0 kg/m, with compression of lay obtained to given thickness by transportation elements followed by heating with heated air, and after that it is calendered. |
