The complex (1) has two external layers (2, 3) metallized on a surface to reflect heat radiation. The external layers comprise a set of orifices permitting passage of water vapor through the orifices, and a central layer (5) is arranged between the external layers, and constituted of a membrane impermeable to the water and permeable to the water vapor. The external layers comprise a sheet made of metallized plastic material. The central layer is made of non-woven polyolefin fiber such as polypropylene or polyester fiber.
