<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve water distribution on a cell surface on the basis of estimated results of a cell surface state. <P>SOLUTION: A fuel cell comprises: an estimation means for handling a cell sandwiching an electrolyte membrane between an anode and a cathode as a group of a plurality of small area sections divided in the surface direction and for estimating wet states of the anode and the cathode per every small area section; a determination means for determining the anode and the cathode on the small area section where the wet state is abnormal based on the estimated results; and a control means for moving water existed on the other of the anode and cathode on the small area section or on the anode or the cathode on the other small area section to one of the anode and the cathode on the small area section where the wet state is abnormal or moving the water existing on the anode and the cathode on the small area section where the wet state is abnormal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
