COMPOSITION AND METHOD FOR DETERMINATION OF ESOPHAGEAL CANCER

Disclosed is a composition, a kit or a DNA chip for use in the diagnosis of esophageal cancer, which comprises multiple polynucleotides selected from the group consisting of polynucleotides of which expression levels in an esophageal cancer tissue derived from an esophageal cancer patient are different from those in a tissue that does not contain an esophageal cancer tissue derived from an esophageal cancer patient, mutants of the polynucleotides and fragments of the polynucleotides.  Also disclosed is a method for detecting esophageal cancer by using the composition, the kit or the DNA chip.
