METHOD FOR PREPARATION OF CELLULOSE FILM

PURPOSE: An environment-friendly method for preparing a cellulose film is provided to manufacture a cellulose film useful as a food packaging material due to high tensile strength and excellent permeability. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a cellulose film comprises the steps of preparing a viscose by adding carbon disulfide to vegetable cellulose treated with alkaline solution; dipping the viscose in a mixed solution including a surfactant and a sulfuric acid aqueous solution of 2 %(v/v) or less; making the viscose with 20 μm average particle diameter in the mixed solution exist; aging the viscose after filtering the mixed solution; removing bubbles in a vacuum condition of 8 °C; and adding the coagulation base to the viscose at 45 ~ 50 °C.
