PURPOSE: A vector for transformation using a transposon and microorganism transformed by the vector are provided to produce lysine of high concentration with novel activity by inserting prolactokinase (srk) gene to Corynebacteria. CONSTITUTION: A vector for transformation contains Corynebacterium sp. derivded transposon gene and multi-cloning site. The Corynebacterium glutamicum with L-lysine productivity is transformed using the vector for transformation. Genes in Corynebacterium sp. such as aspB, lysC, asd, dapA, dapB, and lysA is used for inserting to multi cloning site.
