<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide flexible closed containers with a bottom wall, a top wall and four side walls of a substantial rectangular configuration and made of a flexible plastic sheet material, which requires minimal operator attention during set up and filling. <P>SOLUTION: A container 10 comprises at least a first port 64, a bottom wall 12, top wall 14 and side walls are provided by four separate sheets which are joined together at their edges, wherein a first sheet 24 forms the bottom wall 12, a second sheet 26 forms the top wall 14, and a third and a fourth sheets 28 and 30 form a first and a second side wall at two opposite sides of the container, the fourth sheet 30 each comprises in addition to the portions forming the bottom wall 12, top wall 14 and first and second side walls integrally formed triangular or trapezoid shaped wall portions at opposite ends thereof, the triangular or trapezoid shaped wall portions is formed when joined together a third and a fourth side walls 20 and 22, respectively, wherein the bottom wall 12 includes the first port 64 in an off-centre position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
