A semiconductor integrated circuit including an address controlling circuit is provided to supply addresses that are increased sequentially by applying an initial address instead of continuous addresses within in a limited range. A semiconductor IC(Integrated Circuit)(1) includes an address control circuit(10) and a memory block(500). The address control circuit comprises a first address latch unit(100), a carry generator(200), a second address latch unit(300) and a latency shifter(400). The first address latch unit generates first and second internal addresses and an carry generation address. The carry generator generates a carry according to a sequential increase mode signal and the carry generation address. The latency shifter provides a delayed address signal, and the memory block includes first to fourth quarters(Q0-Q3).
