<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antiglare laminate which can decrease optical defect as far as possible, can suppress a haze value and can exhibit excellent visibility, and to provide a display equipped with the same. <P>SOLUTION: The antiglare laminate 10 is made by laminating an antiglare hard coat layer 12 on a transparent base material film 11. The antiglare hard coat layer 12 is formed by irradiating a composition with light and curing it, the composition comprising: a binder which contains an active energy ray curable resin and a photopolymerization initiator; a translucent organic particulate which is composed of (meth)acrylic resin or its crosslinked material; an inorganic nano particulate the surface of which is modified by a silane coupling agent having a (meth)acryloyloxy group and which has refractive index difference of 0 to 0.1 between a cured binder and itself; and a surface conditioner which is composed of modified polysiloxane or (meth)acrylic polymer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
