A welding helmet fastener is provided, which reduces the fatigue of an operator and improves the feeling of wearing by reducing the load applied on the neck. A welding helmet fastener comprises: a pair of supporting plates(10) which are attached to both sides of the protection helmet and in which the concavo-convex region of sector-shape is formed in the top; a rotational plate(30) in which the movable part combining aperture is formed; a movable part in which a recess(41) corresponding to the concavo-convex region is formed in one end and the other end is inserted through the movable part combining aperture; and a finishing cap(50) combined with the other end of the movable part.
