PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive application method for adhering two or more piezoelectric elements to the position of a diaphragm accurately with a sufficient contact.

SOLUTION: The adhesive for adhering the piezoelectric element which is temporarily anchored to a fixed plate separably with maintaining the relationship corresponding to the arrangement position of an elastic member to the elastic member which transfers a mechanical energy to the contacting substance by deformation and is arranged in two or more positions on a plane is applied to the transfer surface opposite to the fixed plate of the piezoelectric element by the transferring of the transfer sheet. The transfer sheet consists of flexible base material in alignment with the transfer surface of the piezoelectric element and is provided with two or more projections of almost the same height on the surface to which the transferred adhesive is applied.
