A tunnel entry blocking device is provided to block vehicles entering into a tunnel firstly and secondly with protecting shields and vehicles. A tunnel entry blocking device comprises: a pair of posts(1) installed at the both edge sides of a front road of a tunnel; an installation stand(2) installed horizontally on the top of the post to be connected to the post; a driving motor(3) is installed below the front of the installation stand and remotely operated; and a shield(5) which is installed below the installation stand and is wound and released with the driving motor. The shield is formed in a duplex configuration in which an upper body(6) and a lower body(7) are chain-installed vertically.
