PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To retrieve a vehicle with keywords based on ambiguous eyewitness information. SOLUTION: A vehicle keyword identifier learns learning vehicle data, and after keywords of photographed vehicle data photographed as necessary are estimated, a vehicle is retrieved with keywords designated by a user and an expanded search is also carried out. Further, consistency between the keywords is verified to refine search results, and the results are classified and displayed. Vehicles directly corresponding to the user-designated keywords are displayed separately from vehicles that are difficult to be defined as directly corresponding to the keywords.
