A COMPOSITION OF CARBON NANOTUBE, A CARBON NANOTUBE CONDUCTIVE THIN FILM, AND PROCESSES FOR THE PREPARATION THEREOF

A carbon nanotube composite composition is provided to disperse carbon nanotubes in a medium even without using a dispersant, and to improve conductivity of carbon nanotube conductive thin films. A method for preparing a carbon nanotube composite composition includes the steps of: modifying carbon nanotubes so as to bind single-stranded DNAs to the carbon nanotubes; reacting the modified carbon nanotubes with the single-stranded DNAs to prepare carbon nanotubes bound with single-stranded DNAs; and adding metal ions to form DNA-DNA click chemical bonds by the medium of the metal ions, thereby dispersing the single-stranded DNAs bound to the different carbon nanotubes in a medium.
