<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator control system allowing a user to conveniently and comfortably use an elevator device. <P>SOLUTION: In a building 10, a car 22 to be elevated in a hoistway 21 and an elevating driving device 24 for elevating and driving the car 22 are provided. At an elevator landing on each story and in the car 22, a detection means is provided to detect the presence or absence of the elevator user. A controller as an elevating control means decides a priority person by an order of first comer when a plurality of elevator users are simultaneously detected.
