FIELD: heating. ^ SUBSTANCE: method of peat insulating boards manufacture includes preparation of raw mixture from previously prepared peat raw material and flax chaff, shaping of boards from prepared raw mixture and their drying. As peat raw material peat humus is used, which contains at least 80 wt % of peat dust, which is brushed in process of preliminary preparation. Mixture preparation is carried out by means of prepared peat supply into tub together with hot water, boiling for 10-15 minutes at the temperature of 65-70°C with further supply during mixing of flax chaff and continuation of boiling for 10-15 minutes until peat fibers are decomposed, uniform mass is prepared and resin substances are extracted. Prior to extrusion prepared mixture is dehydrated to 83-85%. Extruded boards are dried at the temperature of 100-180°C for 24-32 hours until moisture content amounts to 4-5%. ^ EFFECT: increase of peat insulating board strength during bending. ^ 1 cl, 1 tbl |
