<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic element, magnetic recording head, magnetic recording apparatus that employ the same capable of performing effective, and efficient high-frequency assisted magnetic recording. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a magnetic element comprises a first spin oscillation layer having at least one magnetic substance layer; a second spin oscillation layer having at least one magnetic substance layer; a first non-magnetic substance layer provided between the first spin oscillation layer and the second spin oscillation layer; a spin polarization layer, including a ferromagnetic substance of which a magnetization direction is fixed; and a pair of electrodes, capable of charging currents to a laminate that has the first and second spin oscillation layer, the non-magnetic substance layer and the spin-polarization layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
