PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide floor heating structure capable of thinning, capable of restraining an escape of heat to an underfloor part in floor heating operation, and capable of preventing a sudden temperature drop in the indoor temperature and the floor temperature after stopping floor heating. SOLUTION: The floor heating structure is laminated a sheet-like heating element and a floor material on a heat storage layer. The heat storage layer is formed by laying a heat storage sheet including a latent heat storage material all over, and a storage space is arranged in a part of the heat storage layer.
