<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain water cut-off properties by making a flange extended while following the axial displacement a rehabilitation pipe. <P>SOLUTION: This sewer conduit 10 includes a sewer pipe 14 which is connected to a manhole 12; and the sewer pipe 14 includes an existing pip 16, and the rehabilitation pipe 18 which is independently provided inside the existing pipe 16. A radial part of the flange 20 composed of a synthetic rubber is provided with an accordion-like extensible portion, and a small-diameter side of the flange 20 is fixed to an inner surface of an end of the rehabilitation pipe 18 by means of a diameter-enlarged ring 24. For example, an anchor 26 makes a large-diameter side of the flange 20 fixed to an inner wall 12a of the manhole on the outside with respect to the extensible portion 22 and on the outside with respect to a portion (mortar portion) for connecting the existing pipe 16 and the manhole 12 together.
