PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid-sealed vibration control device with an improved low dynamic spring characteristic by generating a liquid flow between both liquid chambers around an elastic partition film in vibration at a fine amplitude, sufficiently securing a liquid flowing effect by an orifice by preventing the liquid flow between both the liquid chambers around the elastic partition film in vibration at a large amplitude. SOLUTION: A partition body 34 is structured of an orifice forming member 38, the elastic partition film 40 and a pair of displacement regulating means 42 and 44. The peripheral edge of the elastic partition film 40 is provided with an annular thick part 52 formed thicker than a partition film body 50, and both side surfaces 52A and 52B in the axial direction X are respectively formed into a flat surface. An opening D1 between an upper and a lower annular support parts 56 of the pair of displacement regulating means is set larger than the thickness D2 of the annular thick part 52 disposed between the upper and the lower annular support parts, and a fine opening 60 is respectively provided between both the side surfaces 52A, 52B of the annular thick part 52 and the upper and lower annular support parts 56, and both the fine openings 60 are connected to each other by an opening 62 provided between the peripheral surface 52C of the annular thick part and the orifice forming member 38.
