PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mask for arranging solder balls, which has a mask body that can slightly shaken by warping the mask body and that is kept firmly in a separated position, at a location that is separated from a work across a prescribed opposing distance. SOLUTION: A support projection 15 is formed on the mask body 10 to project from the undersurface of the mask body 10 and secure the counter distance between the mask body 10 and the work 3. The support projection 15 is constituted of a first projection 15a, which comes into contact with the upper surface of the work 3 to form the counter distance between the mask body 10 and the work 3, and a second projection 15b having a projection size smaller than that of the first projection 15a.
