METHOD FOR RECONSTRUCTION OF LOW-RISE BUILDING

摘要

Method for reconstruction of low-rise building includes mounting of steel frame skeleton on specially prepared basements, with following fixation of its supports with cross portal frames, arrangement of wall barrier of overstory, installation of lifts and refuse chutes. Supports of frame skeleton are made of steel pipes that are placed along the walls of low-rise building. Cross portal frames of skeleton are connected to steel frame of additional building that is placed closely to middle of one of longer walls of low-rise building. Steel frame of overstory is made with projection over outer wall of low-rise building resting on steel pipes with connection with portal frames to the frame of additional building and pipe steel supports.
