Disclosed is a form of preparation featuring a delayed release rate for water-soluble and/or water-insoluble substances such as fertilizers and/or nutrients and/or protective materials for plants, animals, and microorganisms in aquatic cultures. Said form of preparation is characterized in that the substances are provided individually or as mixtures in a finely distributed form in a carrier which is insoluble in water and from which the substances are discharged at defined quantities over time and at a greatly reduced speed. The carrier is an elastomer that is cross-linked using high-energy radiation. |
