摘要 A composite fiber reinforcement panel with a built-in polypropylene safety belt is provided to prevent unidirectional split ends, to prevent sudden brittle fracture in disaster like an earthquake by increasing ductility, and to prevent the corrosion of a reinforcement member even though it is exposed to moisture or salt, and an earthquake-proof reinforcement method for a concrete structure using a composite fiber reinforcement panel with a built-in polyethylene safety belt is provided to prevent the edge attached with a reinforcement panel from getting loose even though it is exposed to the direct rays of the sun or the sudden variation of temperature, and to prevent the interface carbonation of a reinforcement member by arranging at regular intervals between polypropylene composite fiber reinforcement panels and securing air permeability of a structure smoothly. A composite fiber reinforcement panel(10) with a built-in polypropylene safety belt comprises a safety belt(100) for reinforcement formed by weaving polypropylene fiber in the shape of a flat belt and impregnated with thermosetting resins to go through the pultrusion process, a unidirectional fiber layer(200) piled on the upper and lower sides of the safety belt for reinforcement impregnated with thermosetting resins primarily and hardened in the longitudinal direction, an adhesive reinforcement rugged portion(300) formed on one or two outer sides of the unidirectional fiber layer, and many adhesive reinforcement hole portions(400) penetrating the upper and lower sides along two longitudinal edges of the composite fiber reinforcement panel integrated with the safety belt for reinforcement and the unidirectional fiber layer. A manufacturing method of a composite fiber reinforcement panel with a built-in polypropylene safety belt comprises the steps of: impregnating polypropylene fiber weaved in the shape of a flat belt forming a safety belt for reinforcement and going through the pultrusion process; impregnating carbon fiber, glass fiber or aramid fiber forming a unidirectional fiber layer together with the safety belt for reinforcement, impregnated with thermosetting resins primarily and hardened, with thermosetting resins; pulling for forming the cross section of an adhesive reinforcement rugged portion on one or two outer sides of the safety belt for reinforcement and the unidirectional fiber layer, and passing through a mold for a composite fiber reinforcement panel and heating; punching an adhesive reinforcement hole portion along the edge of the composite fiber reinforcement panel; and cutting the composite fiber reinforcement panel according to design standards.
