PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily mold the end part on the socket side of the concrete layer of an exterior sheath concrete pipe. SOLUTION: In a method for producing the exterior sheath concrete pipe 20, the periphery of a pipe body 1 having a socket 2 and a spigot 3 at both ends of its straight pipe part 4 is covered with a cylindrical exterior sheath frame 10, concrete is poured into the space between the periphery of the pipe body 1 and the interior of the exterior sheath frame 10, and the pipe body 1 and the concrete are integrated. A sealing member 15 in the circumferential direction is fixed to the inner periphery of the exterior sheath frame 10 to prevent the inflow of uncured concrete into one end side rather than the sealing member 15 which is caused by the contact of the sealing member 15 with a taper part 5 formed between the socket 2 of the pipe body 1 and the straight part 4. Since the sealing member 15 is fixed to the exterior sheath frame 10, it is unnecessary to fix the sealing member 15 one by one to the pipe body 1 to facilitate work. Since the meandering and tumbling of the sealing member 15 are prevented, the end part on the socket 2 side of a concrete layer 9 can be molded easily and beautifully. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
