A terminal and a mobile terminal device are provided to reduce the number of components by removing the necessity of attaching a plurality of plates at a distance on a terminal base body, and generate a terminal with a uniform thickness. A terminal base body(108') includes a non-conductive portion(524') made of a PC resin, and conductive portions(521',522',523') corresponding to a battery contact point, a vibrator contact point and a connection part are made of an ABS resin. The terminal base body is plated. Accordingly, the non-conductive portion made of the PC resin is not plated, while only the conductive portions made of the ABS resin are plated to form the charging terminal.
