A remote virtual turn-waiting method using a pager tag system is provided to enable a server to page a pager tag of the user according to order of the service, thereby enabling a user to use a service in a place, such as an amusement park, having a high user density without using time in a waiting line. A query relay terminal reads unique information of the pager tag and input data of an input device, and generates and transmits a request message to a server by receiving a request of the user and an operator through the input device of the query relay terminal(S71). The server processes the request message based on a database and returns a processing result to the query relay terminal(S72). The query relay terminal informs the user and the operator of the received processing result by using an audio and video output device, and transmits the processing result to the pager terminal when necessary(S73). A function of the query relay terminal and the pager tag is integrated in a mobile terminal, and the mobile terminal transmits the request message to the server and receives the processing result or paging directly from the server.
