A urethane molded panel for outdoor benches and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to mass-produce the molded panels in various colors and shapes and to repress the emission of arsenic gas by preventing decomposition of a core material. In a urethane molded panel for outdoor benches, a core material(10) has a pair of screw holes formed at both sides from the upper side to the lower side at regular intervals in a longitudinal direction and urethane injection ports(5) bored through the outer side of one screw hole from the upper side to the lower side at regular intervals to pass urethane. A pair of bolts(20) are inserted into a pair of screw holes formed at both sides of the core material, from the upper side to the lower side, and engaged with nuts(22) at the lower side of the core material and fixed. Each pair of bolts installed at both sides of the core material is protruded from a mold to the outer side. The core materials having the urethane injection ports are installed in the mold at regular intervals. A urethane layer is applied in the predetermined thickness by compressing and foaming urethane poured through the urethane injection port, on the outer peripheral surface of the core material. An enamel layer is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the urethane layer by spraying enamel.
