BAG BODY FOR MICROWAVE OVEN AND HEATING/PRESSURING COOKING METHOD USING THE BAG BODY

[PROBLEMS] To provide a bag body for a microwave oven enabling heating/pressuring cooking by safely and effectively discharging steam inside the bag body to the outside and keeping a pressure in the bag body higher than the atmospheric pressure when cooking is performed by using the microwave oven and a method of heating/pressuring cooking by using the bag body for the microwave oven. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] This bag body is formed by sealing the peripheral edge parts of a pair of sheet members forming the upper and lower surfaces thereof. The bag body comprises a pressure releasing mechanism which, when the pressure in the bag body rises and exceeds a prescribed value higher than the atmospheric pressure, opens a part of the bag body to release the pressure in the bag body to the outside so as to lower the pressure. The pressure releasing mechanism is characterized by comprising a pressure maintaining function which, even after the pressure in the bag body is released, keeps the pressure in the bag body at least higher than the atmospheric pressure.
