An anti-bacterial hand cleanser dispenser system comprises a dispenser 1 worn by a healthcare professional. When the dispenser is sufficiently close to a patient having a wristband 10 comprising an RFID tag, an RFID detector in the in the dispenser 1 detects the presence of the target RFID tag and transmits a signal to control means which activates a vibrating and visible alarm. The alarms are deactivated when a push button (13) is pressed, dispensing anti-bacterial hand cleanser from a reservoir (23) in the dispenser through a nozzle (17). |
