PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair growing effect enhancing agent for use in a trichogenous agent, having a remarkable hair growing effect with high safety and high economical efficiency. SOLUTION: The hair growing effect enhancing agent for use in a trichogenous agent contains, as an effective ingredient, one or more substances selected from a hyaluronic acid having a weight average molecular weight of 200,000-400,000, a dermatan sulfate having a weight average molecular weight of 32,000-38,000 and a keratan sulfate comprising 1-10 structural units in which a galactose residue is bound by b-glycoside to an N-acetylglucosamine residue (provided that the 6th position of the galactose residue or the N-acetylglucosamine residue is partially or entirely sulfated at theβ-position), and further contains hyaluronidase as an effective ingredient.
