PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting board scraper equipped with a brush, which cleans a dirty cutting board with messy chips of cooking material. SOLUTION: A rectangular plate 2 (stainless steel or plastic) is fitted with a rubber 3 of about 15 mm wide at the bottom and a brush 1 at the front end of the top. A cutting board which is dirty with chips of cooking material or the like is cleaned by the upper brush 1 and water is drained by the lower rubber 3 after it is rinsed with water.
