PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concentrator which holds a cable connected to a connector of an apparatus near the connector and so as not to interrupt the pull-out of an apparatus from a case. SOLUTION: The concentrator comprises: a communicator having a plurality of connectors connected to a cable 6, and an apparatus case 5 which is inserted with and stores a communication mechanism. The communicator projects from the apparatus case 5 also when the communicator is inserted and stored in the apparatus case 5, and has an inserting and pull-out portion assisting a pulling-out when the communicator is pulled out of the apparatus case 5, and the inserting and pull-out portion has a length which is more than almost half of a widthwise direction in which the plurality of connectors are arranged.
