PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid unnecessary increase of weight when forming an outer tube of a component part with a CFRP pipe even by providing a metal pipe in a coupled manner to an inner periphery for ensuring sliding ability. SOLUTION: A front fork has the outer tube 1, which is formed by providing the metal pipe 12 in a coupled manner to the inner periphery of the CFRP pipe 11, and an inner tube 2 inserted in the outer tube 1 for moving in and out. An end of the metal pipe 12 is positioned inside of an end 1a on a closed side of the outer tube 1, and a cylindrical body 21 is connected to an end 2a on a side of insertion into the outer tube 1 of the inner tube 2. A bush member 22 installed on an outer periphery of the cylindrical body 21 is brought into slidable contact with an inner periphery of the metal pipe 12 in the outer tube 1, and the other end of the metal pipe 12 in the outer tube 1 is positioned within a range wherein the bush member 22 slides without being extended to an opening end 1b of the outer tube 1 at the time of stretching-out that the inner tube 2 maximally projects from an inside of the outer tube 1.
