PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable communication terminal with a broadcast receiving function, a broadcast reception control method and a broadcast reception control program, in which information supposed as harmful information is prevented from being carelessly connected even when the information is not based on the use of radio communication service but based on broadcast receiving service. SOLUTION: The portable communication terminal with the broadcast receiving function is provided with: a radio communication means; a storage means for storing function limit information concerned with radio communication service obtained by using the radio communication means; a broadcasting wave receiving means for receiving a broadcasting wave; and a control means for storing information concerned with the operation control of the broadcasting wave receiving means in an operation control storage means correspondingly to the function limit information stored in the storage means and controlling operation in accordance with the stored function control information.
