<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select a proper printer, and to present the position of the printer. <P>SOLUTION: A detection information collection means 1c collects detection information of printers 4a, 4b, 4c generated by position detection devices 2a, 2b. A position information generation means 1d generates position information of the printers 4a, 4b, 4c from the collected detection information and position information of the position detection devices 2a, 2b, and stores it into a management information database 1a. When an output destination retrieval means 1e receives retrieval request of a print data output destination from a user device 3, the output destination retrieval means 1e retrieves the printer satisfying a printing condition on the basis of performance information of the printers 4a, 4b, 4c.
