MATRIX-BASED SCREENING METHODS AND MULTIPLE-GENE KNOCKDOWN USING RNA INTERFERENCE AGENTS
摘要
The present invention relates to methods and kits in which pools of RNA interference (RNAi) agents are arranged physically in a matrix format and the cellular effects thereof are analyzed. These matrix-based screening methods may be used, for example, to analyze how multiple genes interact to produce a phenotype and to identify optimal RNAi agents that can then be used as analytic tools in cellulo or in vivo. The present invention also relates to methods and kits for multiple-gene knockdown using RNAi agents.
