PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated body for packing snack confection excellent in fitness for filling in and protection for contents. SOLUTION: The laminated body for packing snack confection comprises a heat seal layer and a gas barrier layer and a biaxially oriented polyester film wherein, for the biaxially oriented polyester film: the sum of the breaking stresses in the longitudinal direction and the width direction is not less than 560 MPa; the absolute value of the birefringence is not greater than 0.03; the surface orientation coefficient is 0.167-0.180; the thickness is 14-20μm; and the ratio of the thickness of the film to a whole thickness of the laminated body is 0.2-0.5.
