摘要 <p>The cell has a moisture-storage compound and a gelatinous compound (7) enclosed in the cell in the form of a molded body/capsule (1). Vaporization openings (8) are arranged within the compounds in a casing of the molded body/capsule. The compounds are a seaweed extract, a vegetable extract, a vegetable exudate, a starch, natural or synthetic hydraulic colloids or other swellable polymer, and consist of agar-agar, pactin, Ghatti gum, cellulose, cellulose derivatives, acryl polymers, guar gum, modified starch or their mixtures. The casing of the molded body/capsule consists of plastic, metal, glass, ceramic or composite material. An independent claim is also included for a method of characterization of environmental conditions with fresh market products by an evaporation measuring cell.</p>
