PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce not only the load of a person in charge for precise control but also the fear of subjectivity and to ensure high analytical precision. SOLUTION: This analytical precision control system is equipped with an analyzing means for inserting a preciseness control sample between specimen sample to successively measure a predetermined analyzing item with respect to the respective samples, a first judge means for judging the precision of the measuring result of the specimen sample on the basis of the measuring result of the preciseness control sample a second judge means for comparing the measuring result of the specimen sample judged to be precise by the first judge means with the control reference value of the analyzing item to precision, a third judge means for judging the precision of the measuring result judged to be precise by the first judge means on the basis of a histogram, a fourth judge means for judging a precision degree with respect to the measuring result of the specimen sample, which is judged by the second and third judge means on the basis of the examination history of a corresponding to a patient and an output means for outputting the measuring result of the specimen sample judged by the fourth judge means.
