PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coloring adjustment apparatus capable of adjusting a white color part intermingled in an input image to coloring without causing a sense of incongruity.

SOLUTION: The coloring adjustment apparatus includes: a color component extract section 122 for extracting a color component deviatedly much included in the image as a whole; a pixel extract section 124 for extracting pixels including the white component in the image; and a pixel adjustment section 126 for adjusting colors of the pixels including the white component to be closer to the color component deviatedly much included in the image.
