PURPOSE: A CMOS image sensor removing equilibrium noise is provided to reduce the equilibrium noise of the image sensor by using analog power for a driving part which drives a pixel array directly, thereby improving the screen quality. CONSTITUTION: A CMOS image sensor removing equilibrium noise includes a pixel array(240) formed of unit pixels, a digital control unit(200) to be driven by digital power and generating a plurality of control signals for controlling the operation of the pixel array, a driving unit(220) to be driven by analog power for driving the pixel array by the control signals output from the digital control unit, and a shielding unit(210) for serving as a shielding between the digital control unit and the driving unit. |
