PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hanging/fixing member capable of securely holding a long body and easily detaching the long body as well when necessary. SOLUTION: The fixing member 1 is to be attached to the hung long body 7. The fixing member is an annular body comprising a large-diameter part 2, a small-diameter part 3 and a constricted part 4. The inside dimension D2 of the large-diameter part 2 is larger than the dimension D7 of the cross section of the long body 7, and has a deformed area 22 to be deformed when the long body 7 passes through the space S4 in the constricted part 4. The small-diameter part 3 is elastically deformed to expand as the long body 7 is disposed in the space S3 in the small-diameter part 3. Accordingly, the long body 7 can be held with at least part of the outer surface 71 of the long body 7 held. The constricted part 4 is disposed between the large-diameter part 2 and the small-diameter part 3 as a deformable part. The long body hanging/fixing member with the above structure is provided.
